Bon Appétit: Golden, Baked Pears

Today I'm sharing with you one of my favorite go-to desserts: baked pears! It's simple, quick and easy to make, much healthier than anything processed and tastes truly rich and delightful. It's a great dessert to enjoy alone, but also beautiful enough to serve on a night hosting friends.

Baked Pears:

- Bosc Pears (1 per person, so you decide how many you'd like/need!)

- cinnamon

- coconut oil

-a drizzling of honey

How To:

First wash and peel pear(s). Then cut each pear in half, cutting off the stems and coring the pears to remove the seeds. Place pears onto coconut oil-greased baking pan, rubbing both sides quickly in the oil. Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon if desired, then drizzle with honey lightly (the pears are already sweet enough to enthusiastically enjoy, the honey is just to get a slight caramelization happening). Bake at 350° for around 10 minutes, flip the pears & continue to bake for maximum 360 goldenness, wait another 5-10 minutes until pears are nice and golden (slightly brown). Let cool slightly to not burn your tongue, and serve! Voilà!!!

I absolutely love this recipe and hope you enjoy it too! Let me know below what you think!
