Meet CQY denim, the new LA-based denim brand of your dreams. At least, this jacket is! I've always wanted to be one of those girls that could pull off a slightly oversized denim jacket, but each time my denim finds would leave me feeling like a little girl wearing a giant motorcycle jacket. The fabric was always too stiff, too thick, too masculine -- whatever it was never quite worked. However...one of my dear friend Jordane introduced me to this beautiful brand and this jacket finally fulfilled my denim dream! It's simple, chic, oversized but not too stiff or bulky, has beautiful detailing and feels great. I decided to pair it with a pair of pants from Eve Denim (another denim favorite) to make it a Canadian Tuxedo! Paired with a vintage Dior purse my grandma had found for me years and years ago.
